Payment:

Full payment is due on receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation:

If cancellation occurs 3 days before the event, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

However, payment is non-returnable if cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event.

Responsibilities of the Client:

The client is entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and respect of the venue.

Any disruption or damages will incur additional fees.

No candles are to be lit in the yurt due to the fabric of the structure.

The log burner will be used in the evenings only and will be lit by the owner upon the client's arrival.

The Ash Tree will provide wood for the client to maintain the fire and ensure it does not extinguish during their event.

Please be mindful when plugging in electrics not to overload the extension lead and ensure items are pat tested.

Time:

Events must align with agreed-upon start and end times, with a 30-minute buffer to set up and 15 minutes to take down and depart. This is to prevent overlap of bookings.
