Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation
Monday’s 6:30-7:30pm
A gentle, nurturing class for mums-to-be — combining movement, breath-work, Hypnobirthing techniques and deep relaxation. Led by Em, a local doula and pregnancy yoga teacher, offering insight into birth prep, physiology and emotional support.
Connect with your body, baby and other mums in the calming Ash Tree Yurt. Suitable from 12 weeks to birth — no yoga experience needed.

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes with Bumps and Births | Award Winning Hypnobirthing Courses
Friday’s 6:30 - 7:45pm
A deep dive into birth topics for 12+ weeks of pregnancy.
These classes are held inside of the gorgeous yurt, which provides the perfect setting to bond with your baby bump, prepare for labour, and meet other expectant mums.
Each class includes a guided relaxation audio, and free drink throughout the evening, and a little treat.

Serenity Sound Healing - Sound Bath
Saturday 11 am - 12 pm
Soundbaths have many benefits which can improve your overall wellbeing. Soothing sounds, vibrations and frequencies produced by therapeutic instruments can help promote relaxation, relieve aches and pains, alleviate stress and release tension from the body.
This ancient healing practice is an easy form of meditation - all you have to do is get comfortable, listen and just allow yourself to completely rest & relax!

Slow Sounds – Yoga and Sound Bath
Friday 7 pm – 8:30 pm
A Friday evening restorative yin yoga and sound bath.
Join yoga teacher Lauren Parr and Poppy Roy with her crystal sound bowls.
Drop into deep relaxation, letting go of any tensions with 90 minutes of deeply restorative yoga and sonic vibrations.
The session will begin gently, with a restorative yin yoga practise led by Lauren focused on calming, grounding and relaxation. Followed by a deep, extended rest where Poppy will play the quartz crystal singing bowls throughout, to encourage mindful harmony of body and mind.
Both yoga and sound healing are great for calming the mind and body. The many benefits include reducing stress and cortisol, supporting the nervous system and promoting a healing state within the body.
No experience is required. These sessions welcome anybody, at any level. Throughout the yoga sequence, several options will be given throughout. Participants will be thoughtfully encouraged to listen to their body to guide their own practice.

Calm Cats – Weekend Wellbeing Club
Sunday 10 am – 12 pm
Help your child weather the storm of stress and with our April Weekend Wellbeing Club.
Does your child feel easily stressed and overwhelmed?
Do they have a short fuse when something is challenging?
Maybe their sleep is affected by high levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
At this monthly club, your children will learn some simple but effective strategies to destress and decompress. Respond positively to challenging situations and keep their central nervous system on an even keel, as well as settle and sleep well.

Calm Cats Tween & Teen Girls Circle offers a calm, safe space to explore emotions, build self-esteem and learn tools to manage stress and worries all alongside girls who “get it.”

A women’s singing circle retreat.
An afternoon full of songs to warm our hearts and lift our spirits.
These retreats create the opportunity to dive deep into group singing. We will be singing beautiful, diverse, easy-to-learn songs that you can take home and weave into your daily life. We’ll exercise our bodies and minds through the practice of oral-tradition group singing by learning beautiful songs that we will sing in harmony or in rounds. These songs will help you to nourish yourself, and fill up the reservoir that feeds you and to release the stress of your busy life and work week.
