Can I hire the space for a full day?

Yes we do offer full day bookings, check out our availability and request to book.

You can hire hourly, or by the half day too.

Are there time restrictions on my booking?

The earliest your event can start is: 8am

You must finish your event by: 8pm

Is there a toilet?

Yes! We have a composting toilet on site, if you’ve not used one before, don't worry, your needs will be taken care of.

Can you provide food and drink?

Tea and coffee making facilities are available, if you’d like food for your event please try: Little Pie Patisserie or the Noo Not Project.

Do I book a class or workshop through The Ash Tree or through the specific event teacher/leader?

To book a space on an event taking place at the Ash Tree, please go to the ‘Upcoming events’ page and select the class/event you’d like to book. You’ll be redirected to the teacher/leaders booking system.

Are we allowed to drink alcohol at our event?

We love to keep the Ash Tree as a wellbeing space and maintain its healing energy, so we don’t allow alcohol in the Yurt.

What’s the seating capacity in the Yurt?

24 seating with tables. Or up to 10 yoga mats.

Table and chairs available (3 tables for 6 people. and 15 chairs, if you need any more you’ll need to provide your own).

What’a the standing capacity in the Yurt?

30 people standing.

Did I see we can use the outside space too?

There is a little private garden for you to use and this is included in the cost of your hire.

Can we light the fire?

The fire can be lit from 5pm and we’ll do this for you. There are logs available should you need to top it up.

What is the hourly rate to book the Ash Tree?

Please head to our ‘Book the space’ page, and you’ll be able to see the appointment costs depending on how many hours you require the use of the Ash Tree.

Is there parking? And if so for how many?

The host of the workshop has a free parking space on site. All guests will need to park on Wellesley Avenue North (30 second walk away).

Is there Wifi I can use?

Yes we have wifi you and your guests can use. But please do not abuse the service.

Do you have a projector or music systems?

We don’t have a projector, but we do have a wireless speaker. You can connect to it via bluetooth.

Can you provide Yoga mats? If so how many?

There are 10 yoga mats, bolsters and blankets and 6 blocks you can use.

Are dogs allowed?

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Is the space suitable for children’s activities?

Yes it is, but there must be adult supervision at all times.

Can we use the Yurt in bad weather?

Yes you can, it’s weather proof.

Can you provide tea and coffee? And is this included in the price of hire?

There are tea and coffee making facilities, there is a small selection, but you’re welcome to bring your own. And we have up to 20 cups you can use, you can leave them on the tray outside the Yurt and we’ll wash them after your session.
